Inspired by an old TV series in the late 90s “我跟僵尸有个约会”. The words 僵尸 jiāngshī, meaning Chinese vampire, sounds similar to 姜丝 (jiāng sī ) meaning shredded ginger, a condiment that is usually paired with 小笼包 (xiǎo lóng bāo).
